About Anastasia Giovanoglou — Genesis of Health

Anastasia has trained in Sound Healing, Kinesiology, Reiki, ThetaHealing, Aromatherapy massage and Crystal Healing. She is excited to share her love and passion for her Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and to be able to facilitate any clearing, release or deep healing during her sessions. Join Anastasia for her next offering at the Hub. As one of our regular facilitators, Anastasia creates deeply restorative experiences combining gentle nervous system practices with immersive alchemy crystal singing bowl sound healing.

Usually held on Sunday evenings, these sessions offer space to recalibrate, restore, and reconnect.
